A dispersal notice under section 34 of the Anti-Social Behavior, Crime and Policing Act 2014 was obtained in Milton Keynes.

The notice was cleared at 11 p.m. on Wednesday June 16 and will last until the same time on Friday June 18.

It will cover Water Eaton Road, the A4146, Stoke Road and the West Coast Rail Line, with the notice authorized by Inspector Turner-Robson.

“The test would be that the officer is satisfied, on reasonable grounds, that the person’s behavior contributes, or is likely to contribute, to antisocial behavior or to a crime or disturbance in the area and that the instruction is necessary to prevent this (Article 35 (2) and (3).
