The HC Historical Society Style Show and Brunch was a fun fundraiser for Heritage Park

Heritage Park is also home to the Hopkins County Historical Museum, the first site that greets visitors entering the park. Inside are many restored buildings. The most recent construction is the beautiful Winniford Building, the location of the 9/11 Style Lounge and Brunch! Plan to visit the park on October 2, 2021 for Indian Summer Day and Dutch oven cooking!

At a recent fundraising event at Heritage Park, around 18 models gave the audience a taste of what the styles looked like during the pioneer days in Hopkins County. And a delicious brunch was served and enjoyed by all in the beautiful Winniford House, the most recently added building to the park. The Winniford House is a small, modern event hall, contrasting beautifully with the many restored historic buildings around the grounds. If you have an event planned, consider holding it at Heritage Park!

The 9/11 Style Lounge and Brunch served as a fundraiser for the upkeep and maintenance of Heritage Park. Maintenance is provided by members of the Hopkins County Historical Society, sometimes with assistance from inmates of the Hopkins County Jail. Donations are needed throughout the year to keep Heritage Park a great place to visit. Mail your donations to 416 North Jackson Street, Sulfur Springs, Texas. 75482 and call for more information at 903-885-2387.
